| In Review | In Progress |
| Done / Closed | Shipped |
| Won't Do | Rejected |

Troubleshooting
"Send to IdeaLift" doesn't appear in the menu
Make sure the app is installed on your Jira site. Go to Jira Settings → Apps → Manage apps and verify IdeaLift is listed and enabled.
"Jira site not connected" error
Your Jira site needs to be connected to an IdeaLift workspace. Log in to IdeaLift, go to Dashboard → Connections, and connect your Jira site.
Status not syncing to Jira
IdeaLift can only transition issues if a valid transition exists in your Jira workflow. If you have a custom workflow, some transitions may not be available. Check your project's workflow configuration.
Getting "Too many requests" error
Wait a few minutes and try again. This happens when many requests are made in a short time.
