2. Description of Service

IdeaLift is a bot service that captures ideas from messaging platforms (Discord, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and creates structured issues in project management tools (GitHub, Linear). The Service includes:

• Emoji reaction-based idea capture
• Slash command-based conversation summarization
• AI-powered idea extraction and categorization
• Integration with GitHub Issues and Linear
• Web dashboard for managing captured ideas

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Discord, Slack, Teams, GitHub, Linear)
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

Your content remains yours; by using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each platform. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.

7. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTVEST LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Changes to Terms
