Switch to annual billing and save two months per year. Annual plans are billed upfront and renew automatically.
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade at any time to access more features and higher limits. Here's what happens:

- ✓Prorated billing — You only pay the difference for the current billing period
- ✓No data loss — All your existing ideas and settings are preserved
How to upgrade:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan and confirm
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- !Access continues — Keep using your current plan until the billing cycle ends
- !Feature limits — Some features may become unavailable on your new plan
- !Data preserved — Historical data is never deleted, but some views may be restricted
Note: If you downgrade to Starter, you'll be limited to 50 ideas/month. Existing ideas beyond this limit remain accessible but new captures pause when you hit the limit.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after cancellation:
- • Your workspace reverts to the free Starter plan
- • All historical data is preserved
- • You can re-subscribe anytime
- • Team members beyond 1 seat lose access

What counts as an "idea"?
An idea is any message captured via emoji reaction and converted to an issue. Thread replies captured separately each count as one idea.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Annual plans for Growth and Scale can be paid via invoice.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is free forever with 50 ideas/month. Paid plans have a 14-day refund guarantee instead of a trial.
What happens if I exceed my idea limit?
On Starter, new ideas won't be captured once you hit 50/month. You'll get a notification when approaching the limit. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited ideas.
Can I add more seats?
Growth and Scale plans support seat add-on packs. Contact us if you need more seats than your plan includes.
Do you offer startup or non-profit discounts?
Yes! We offer 50% off for verified startups (under $1M ARR) and non-profit organizations. Contact us with proof of status.
